The flowers are held in the florist's hand, the stems spiralled round and then tied firmly with twine to keep them in a rounded form.

Varieties we often include are lilies, roses, lisianthus, limonium, eryngium thistles, berries, leucadendron, gypsophila, carnations, spray carnations and chrysanthemums.
